  • Name
  • Preferred contact
  • Order or invoice number
  • The name of the pack you were downloading
  • If it was a Starter Basic or Pro pack
  • The place where you were purchasing it (MoCap Online, Unreal, Unity, etc)

And give us a summary of what happened.

We'll try to get you a new link as soon as possible.
